Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NimbleNet's services and website. NimbleNet is a trading name of CommandShift Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

NimbleNet provides professional network installation and support services including:

  • Structured cabling installation and design
  • WiFi network installation and configuration
  • UniFi and Cisco Meraki system deployment
  • Network security implementation
  • 24/7 monitoring and support services
  • Network health checks and maintenance

3. Service Agreement

All services are provided subject to a written agreement between NimbleNet and the client. Service specifications, timelines, and costs will be detailed in project proposals and contracts.

Changes to agreed services may incur additional charges and require written approval from both parties.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.

For ongoing support services, payments are due monthly in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

5. Warranties and Liability

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards. Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers and passed through to clients.

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We exclude liability for consequential losses, business interruption, or loss of profits except where prohibited by law.

6. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Client data accessed during service provision is treated confidentially and used only for service delivery purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

Network designs and documentation created by NimbleNet remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred under contract. Clients receive usage rights for their business operations.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination is permitted for material breach or non-payment. Completed installation work cannot be reversed upon termination.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or supplier failures.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or mediation before litigation.
